Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 375 F.
Roast the peppers for 12 minutes.
Slice them in half, remove the seeds and pat them dry.
Heat in the oil in a large skillet. Cook the onion for 2 to 3 minutes until it softens.
Mix in the turkey meat with spices. Cook them over medium heat while stirring for 12 to 14 minutes until no longer pink.
Mix in the rice, and cook them for another 2 minutes.
Spoon the filling into the bell pepper halves. Sprinkle some cheese of your choice on top.
Broil them in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve them hot and enjoy.
