Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Stir in the chicken with garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Put on the lid and cook them for 10 to 12 minutes over low medium heat until the chicken becomes tender.
Remove the cover, and stir in the bell peppers with sliced onion.
Cook them for 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften uncovered.
Serve your stir fry hot with some rice or pile it into a sandwich bread and enjoy!
