Instructions
Cake
Preheat the oven to 360 F.
Beat the eggs and sugar for 5 to 7 minutes until they become light and pale.
Beat in the oil, salt, and yogurt until smooth.
Mix in the flour and baking powder until no lumps are found.
Pour the batter into an oil greased and floured cake pan.
Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool down completely on a cake rack.
Ganache
To prepare the ganache, prepare a double boiler.
Stir in it the the chocolate and heavy cream until they melt. The mixture will be slightly thick.
Pour it all over the cake while on the baking rack and use a spoon to make sure it's all covered.
Let it cool down for 15 minutes, then transfer it to the fridge. Let it sit there until ready to serve.
Garnish it with whipped cream and fresh berries or any other ingredients of your choice. Serve it and enjoy!
